Influencer Partnerships Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Secure $250K/month in YouTube sponsorship agreements.

• Establish and nurture relationships with prominent YouTubers and advocate for their channels in brand partnerships.

• Develop 7-10 key brand connections into regular contributors within the creator roster.

• Negotiate and finalize numerous influencer agreements each month.

• Oversee email correspondence between YouTubers and sponsors on behalf of clients.

• Deliver prompt, engaging, and transparent service to both creators and brands.

• Exercise critical thinking and make autonomous decisions in complex and unique situations.

• Maintain up-to-date information in Airtable, Google Sheets, Asana, and Notion.

• Implement enhancements, systems, standard operating procedures, and workflows to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Influencer Partnerships, Project Management, Customer Service, Operations, or related fields.

• Experience with Brand Partnerships / Influencer Sponsorships is preferred.

• Strong background in Project Management, Customer Service, or Operations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to respond promptly and effectively to Sponsors and Creators.

• Comfortable making phone calls to clients regarding important issues.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Proficiency with Airtable, Asana, Notion, email, Google Sheets, and general computer usage.

• Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills.

• Dependability and willingness to work beyond regular hours to meet tight deadlines.

• Ability to work US hours, from 9AM to 6PM.
