This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Manage daily relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies, serving as the primary operational contact.
• Conduct scouting and propose profiles based on objectives, needs, and criteria for each campaign.
• Oversee the product seeding process from start to finish, including selection, contact, shipping, and follow-up.
• Coordinate campaigns and collaborations from initial contact to closure.
• Negotiate fees and terms within defined budgets and frameworks.
• Convey briefs and ensure understanding of objectives, messages, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate content review and feedback with Brand, Community, Content, and Growth teams.
• Keep operational information and history for each creator up to date.
• Monitor and clip seeding actions, recording publications and mentions.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and operational budgets, anticipating deviations or incidents.
• Identify opportunities and suggest profiles, collaborations, or operational improvements.
• Work closely and consistently with the Brand, Growth, Community, and Content teams.
• Knowledge of the Influencer Marketing and Creator Marketing ecosystem.
• Ability to identify suitable profiles for the brand.
• Capacity to manage multiple campaigns, profiles, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.
• Experience in managing relationships with influencers, creators, and representation agencies.
• Experience in scouting and selecting profiles.
• Proven experience in negotiating fees and terms.
• Comprehensive experience in campaign and collaboration management.
• Experience in seeding and tracking deliverables.
• Ability to interpret Influencer Marketing metrics and derive insights.
• Familiarity with affiliate models, Paid Media, whitelisting, and TikTok Shop.
• Proficient in Monday, Google Drive, Excel/Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, digital PR, or talent management.
• Experience independently managing a portfolio of creators, negotiating directly with profiles and agencies, and coordinating brand and performance campaigns will be valued.
• Experience in consumer, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands will be considered a plus.
• Education in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields is advantageous.
• Ongoing freelance collaboration.
• A close and recurring relationship with the involved teams in the channel.
