Influencer Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Concentrate on BetterMe Store's sportswear, focusing on fashion-centric content and styling.

• Identify, onboard, and cultivate relationships with fitness professionals, UGC creators, and lifestyle influencers.

• Perform outreach, sourcing, and negotiate terms and contracts for collaborations.

• Create UGC briefs and mood boards that emphasize product usage, workout routines, styling, and visual appeal.

• Promote BetterMe Store products across major social media platforms.

• Analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and UGC through a data-driven methodology.

• Enhance future strategies and initiate improvements based on insights.

• Keep an eye on market trends, viral formats, and best practices in health, wellness, fashion, and athleisure.

• Contribute fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in influencer marketing and UGC, with a strong emphasis on content and storytelling.

• Experience in creator/influencer outreach, sourcing, negotiating terms, and managing contracts.

• Proven track record in executing influencer campaigns and achieving measurable results on Instagram and TikTok.

• Solid grasp of performance marketing metrics for assessing campaign effectiveness.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of either fitness and wellness or fashion and styling.

• Capability to create scripts, briefs, and ad concepts, including hooks and CTAs.

• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram content, platform-native formats, creative strategies, and performance drivers.

• Fluent proficiency in English.

• Experience in the US market is advantageous.

• Familiarity with affiliate platforms like ShopMy is a plus.
