Influencer Marketing Coordinator, Bilingual Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of influencer campaign strategies by utilizing data-driven insights to suggest talent, channels, and formats.

• Serve as the influencer's voice and provide feedback to enhance creator experience and boost campaign performance.

• Create and implement influencer campaigns beginning with brief development and sourcing, through contracting, product fulfillment, and reporting.

• Cultivate and manage influencer relationships while offering tools, guidance, and support.

• Track campaign performance and deliver timely reports with insights for optimization.

• Utilize internal project management tools to ensure campaigns remain on schedule, well-documented, and measurable.

• Proactively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders regarding campaign progress, performance, and upcoming steps.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and platform capabilities.

• Evaluate campaign execution and suggest enhancements for better outcomes and efficiency.

• Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes while contributing to team playbooks.

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or client services.

• Experience in an agency or high-growth SaaS environment is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to excel in a customer-facing role with professionalism and confidence.

• Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.

• A passion for the creator economy, influencer innovation, and emerging social trends.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
