Influencer Marketing Specialist - Freelancer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Create influencer marketing strategies that align with client goals and campaign objectives.

• Research, identify, and select suitable influencers and content creators for various campaigns.

• Manage relationships and negotiations with influencers, agencies, and external collaborators.

• Oversee campaign execution from the planning stage through to delivery.

• Review, monitor, and approve influencer content in accordance with campaign requirements and brand standards.

• Track campaign performance and keep an eye on key metrics.

• Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations related to the campaign.

• Ensure that deliverables, budgets, timelines, and campaign objectives are met.

• Collaborate effectively with creative, strategy, account management, and paid media teams.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging creators, and platform changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, or Digital Marketing.

• Previous experience in marketing, advertising, communication, or influencer agencies is highly preferred.

• Proven experience in managing clients and digital marketing campaigns.

• Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and campaign planning processes.

• Familiarity with influencer campaign metrics, KPIs, and performance analysis.

• Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with content creators and talent representatives.

• Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple campaigns at once.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
