Junior Strategist – Influencer Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist in driving rapid business expansion and proposal creation.

• Empower senior strategists to execute high-level campaigns for clients.

• Develop initial proposal presentations and oversee design modifications, including layouts, color schemes, calendars, and GIFs in line with brand standards.

• Identify and organize sample creators/influencers utilizing proprietary tools or manual investigation.

• Conduct competitive assessments.

• Aid in the ideation process for creative campaigns and compile relevant data.

• Assemble case studies for strategic client presentations.

• Take comprehensive notes during internal and client meetings.

• Coordinate campaign deliverables across various teams.

• Maintain resources for enablement, libraries of case studies, and mock-up reports.

• Monitor weekly trends in social media and among creators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or a similar field.

• Previous experience in a marketing, advertising, PR, or agency setting.

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• High level of expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides.

• Strong skills in copywriting, visual presentation design, and fundamental media math understanding.

• Exceptional attention to detail, proactive creative thinking, and a passion for creator culture and digital trends.

• Self-motivated individual capable of independently managing 30–80 tasks per day.

• Willingness to work a permanent weekend night shift aligned with US time zones.

• Experience with project management software such as Monday.com and communication tools like Slack (preferred).

• Practical experience with proprietary influencer sourcing technologies or trend analysis tools (preferred).
