Influencer Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Independently identifying appropriate influencers for campaigns

• Developing and nurturing relationships with influencers and external partners

• Negotiating terms and autonomously booking influencers

• Strategizing, managing, and enhancing performance-driven influencer campaigns

• Evaluating campaign outcomes using pertinent influencer KPIs

• Continuously refining campaigns based on performance metrics

• Contributing to the expansion of the influencer division in the Polish market

• Sharing insights and learnings within the team

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance-oriented influencer marketing from the brand perspective

• Proficient in sourcing, negotiating, and managing campaigns in Polish

• Ideally, experience within the Polish market

• Confident use of influencer marketing tools, such as Storyclash and Linkster

• Strong grasp of relevant influencer KPIs and performance marketing principles

• Preferably some experience with AI tools

• Familiarity with various social media platforms, particularly Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

• Excellent written and spoken German and Polish at C1–C2 proficiency level

• High ownership level and capability to work autonomously

• Strong skills in time management and prioritization

• Outstanding communication abilities and a collaborative team player attitude
