Influencer Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Identify, source, and recruit influencers who align with the brand and target demographic.

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of creators across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others that are relevant.

• Oversee influencer relationships from initial outreach and onboarding to campaign execution and continuous communication.

• Negotiate terms of partnership, deliverables, and compensation with creators.

• Guide influencers on content direction, messaging, and industry best practices.

• Track campaign performance and enhance partnerships using KPIs such as ROAS, engagement rates, conversions, and revenue.

• Cultivate long-term relationships with top-performing creators and expand successful collaborations.

• Work alongside creative and marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends in influencer marketing, platform updates, and new creators.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Affiliate Marketing.

• Demonstrated success in delivering measurable outcomes for DTC consumer brands that sell physical products.

• Background in content creation, preferably having experience as a content creator.

• Extensive experience in sourcing, recruiting, and managing influencers at scale.

• Experience collaborating with US-based creators.

• Strong comprehension of the US consumer market and prevailing trends.

• Proven track record in negotiating influencer partnerships and managing creator relationships from start to finish.

• Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging creator platforms.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and refine future initiatives.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple influencer partnerships at once.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Must be available to work during business hours in PST.
