Influencer Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in formulating influencer campaign strategies utilizing data-driven insights to recommend suitable talent, channels, and formats.

• Serve as the influencer's representative, providing feedback to enhance the creator experience and boost campaign performance.

• Develop and implement influencer campaigns from the creation of briefs and sourcing to contracting, product fulfillment, and reporting.

• Oversee influencer relationships throughout campaigns and offer tools, guidance, and support.

• Track campaign performance and deliver timely reports with insights for optimization.

• Utilize internal project management tools to ensure campaigns remain on schedule, documented, and measurable.

• Engage proactively with both internal and external stakeholders regarding campaign updates, performance metrics, and upcoming steps.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and platform capabilities.

• Evaluate campaign execution and suggest enhancements for better outcomes and efficiency.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, platform advancements, and evolving best practices.

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or client services.

• Experience in an agency setting or high-growth SaaS environment is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a customer-facing role with professionalism and confidence.

• Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Enthusiasm for the creator economy, influencer innovation, and emerging social trends.
