Influencer Creator Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day creator relations from identification and outreach to onboarding and campaign execution.

• Identify and engage with creators that align with client goals.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for creators and maintain ongoing communication as the primary contact.

• Review and approve content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and client expectations.

• Negotiate contracts with micro-influencers within the established campaign budgets.

• Oversee product distribution and other logistical aspects of campaigns.

• Accurately input campaign data and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance campaign performance.

• Offer guidance and support to less experienced team members through a buddy system.

• Stay updated on trends in social media and influencer marketing, ASA guidelines, and platform changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or creator management, preferably in an agency setting.

• Proven experience in influencer marketing is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to manage creator relationships from start to finish.

• Strong organizational skills are required.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Must be proactive and solution-oriented.

• In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing and social media.

• Ability to adapt and demonstrate resilience.

• Commitment to maintaining high standards.

• Preferred, but not required: Experience with specific clients (e.g., L'Oreal/beauty brands).

• Preferred, but not required: Experience with paid influencer and gifting campaigns.

• Preferred, but not required: Background in an agency environment.

• Familiarity with ASA guidelines and platform updates.
