Influence Manager – Special Projects, Russian-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and cultivate partnerships with YouTube influencers, as well as niche influencers in fintech, trading, and investing.

• Create and implement educational initiatives, YouTube content, and other unique projects in collaboration with creators.

• Draft concepts, briefs, and partnership frameworks in cooperation with influencers and internal teams.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion: outreach, negotiations, approvals, production coordination, launch, and reporting.

• Perform post-campaign evaluations: analyze content and audience engagement, traffic, conversions, and their impact on business metrics.

• Initiate educational and special projects with YouTube and fintech creators for a global trading platform brand.

• Merge influencer partnerships, content creation, and comprehensive project management with an emphasis on quantifiable business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, special projects, YouTube, content production, or digital media.

• Proven experience collaborating with YouTube creators over extended periods and/or niche influencers in fintech, trading, or investing.

• Comprehension of the entire lifecycle of special projects, from concept formulation to post-campaign evaluation.

• Capability to correlate creator and content performance with brand awareness and business outcomes.

• Experience working with multilingual creators, speakers, agencies, or production teams.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Native-level proficiency in Russian and strong command of English (B2+).
