Industry Principal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish and cultivate relationships with companies and associations within the multifamily and property management sectors.

• Formulate strategies aimed at increasing revenue and broadening the industry pipeline.

• Discover new business opportunities by exchanging ideas and insights with partners and peers.

• Collaborate with clients and partners to develop and finalize new business deals.

• Design programs, content, communications, and training that position Anchor as a leader in the industry.

• Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader both externally and internally.

• Focus on strategic accounts and develop sales plays and solution strategies.

• Identify, recruit, and empower system integrators and property management partners.

• Conduct strategic meetings with prospective accounts.

• Engage in outreach and pipeline development with potential customers.

• Assist the Sales team during customer demonstrations.

• Create subject-matter content for both Marketing and Sales teams.

• Lead discussions within the industry and represent the organization on a national stage.

• Manage sales enablement tools, including a Sales Strategy Playbook and Sales Proposal Template.

• Participate in relevant trade shows and industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven history of fostering authentic, long-lasting relationships within an industry; experience in multifamily, property management, or a closely related field is highly preferred.

• Comfortable functioning as both a strategic thinker and a proactive relationship builder.

• Strong storytelling abilities and an instinct for content creation.

• Capability to convert industry insights into engaging content.

• Confidence in leading discussions with prospects and industry audiences.

• A collaborative approach and the ability to work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

• Willingness to travel for select trade shows and speaking opportunities.
