Industrial Psychologist – Recruitment, Talent Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate the complete recruitment and selection process.

• Conduct preliminary and structured behavioral interviews.

• Administer and analyze suitable psychological and behavioral assessments.

• Assess candidates based on competencies, personality traits, work style, communication abilities, problem-solving skills, motivation, and cultural alignment.

• Prepare candidate assessment reports along with hiring recommendations.

• Create competency-based interview questions and candidate evaluation scorecards.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend role requirements and staffing needs.

• Offer guidance to hiring managers on objective interviewing and candidate assessment.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of candidates and their assessment outcomes.

• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, retention, and assessment results.

• Suggest enhancements to recruitment strategies and assessment processes.

• Leverage AI and recruitment technology to boost sourcing, screening, and hiring efficiency while ensuring appropriate human judgment is maintained.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, preferably in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, psychological assessment, or organizational psychology.

• Strong skills in interviewing and candidate evaluation.

• Knowledge of psychological and behavioral assessment instruments.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.

• Experience in a digital, technology, BPO, or fast-paced environment is advantageous.

• Familiarity with ATS, recruitment platforms, and AI-driven recruitment tools is a plus.
