Industrial & Manufacturing Engineers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute and document genuine industrial and manufacturing engineering tasks on a Mac.

• Generate high-quality training data for sophisticated AI models.

• Navigate through workflows related to processes, operations, and production engineering.

• Contribute to a research initiative in collaboration with a prestigious AI laboratory.

• Complete a concise paid assessment during the onboarding process.

• Engage in a 3-minute conversation with an AI interviewer.

• Commit to approximately 10–20 hours of work per week.

• Project durations may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on needs and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a MacBook or Mac equipped with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor.

• Must operate on macOS 15 or later.

• A degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline is required.

• Experience in process design, lean/Six Sigma methodologies, production planning, quality control, or supply chain analysis is essential.

• Proficiency in using spreadsheets, CAD, process-mapping, or statistical tools is necessary.

• Candidates should be currently pursuing or have recently completed their Master’s studies, or possess 2–3 years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

• Ability to articulate engineering decisions clearly while engaged in work is crucial.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Must be capable of working as an independent contractor.
