Industrial & Manufacturing Engineers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute and narrate authentic industrial and manufacturing engineering tasks using a Mac.

• Generate high-quality training data for sophisticated AI models.

• Navigate through workflows related to process, operations, and production engineering.

• Contribute to a research project in collaboration with a prominent AI laboratory.

• Submit a resume and engage in a 3-minute conversation with an AI interviewer.

• Complete a short paid assessment.

• Receive follow-up communication regarding the status of your application and subsequent steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a MacBook or Mac equipped with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, operating on macOS 15 or later.

• A degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in process design, lean/Six Sigma methodologies, production planning, quality control, or supply chain analysis.

• Familiarity with spreadsheets, CAD, process-mapping, or statistical analysis tools.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree, or possess 2–3 years of relevant experience alongside a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

• Capability to articulate engineering decisions clearly while engaged in work.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be able to operate as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible for this role.
