📋 Description

• Develop complex single-turn prompts focused on chemistry and chemical safety, categorized as benign, dual-use, or adversarial.

• Assess model outputs against established policy standards.

• Evaluate whether responses accurately addressed technical inquiries.

• Create reference answers that elucidate correct responses along with the underlying technical rationale.

• Differentiate between standard professional questions and those with potential misuse implications.

• Provide written explanations that are comprehensible to non-experts.

• Engage in scenarios related to exposure assessment, process hazards, toxic release and dispersion modeling, ventilation, containment, personal protective equipment (PPE), and regulatory compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in evaluating exposures and process hazards, along with approving controls.

• Relevant qualifications such as certified industrial hygiene, process hazard analysis, toxic release and dispersion modeling, design of ventilation/containment/PPE programs, or regulatory compliance.

• Proficiency in exposure assessment, sampling strategies, control banding, HAZOP, LOPA, what-if analyses, management of change, consequence analysis, AEGL/ERPG criteria, facility siting, PSM, Seveso, COMAH, OSHA, or their national counterparts.

• Excellent technical writing skills; each determination must include a written rationale that is accessible to non-specialists.

• Previous experience in technical writing, published research, or serving as an expert witness is highly preferred.

• Ability to provide a writing sample or link.

• Must refrain from using classified or export-controlled information, NDA-restricted information, or data subject to prepublication review requirements.

• Capability to read and write about misuse scenarios in the field over extended periods.

• Ideally, experience in red-teaming is preferred.
