Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Energy Supply Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Planning, coordinating, and executing investment and maintenance projects for MV/LV/gas networks with an emphasis on gas.

• Conducting network calculations.

• Establishing network construction measures and connection options while considering concepts and target network planning.

• Assisting in the operation and maintenance of the gas networks and related installations, which includes documentation and verification.

• Coordinating switching operations and commissioning processes.

• Negotiating and collaborating with authorities, clients, and third parties on land co-use and compensation issues.

• Managing fault and incident investigations as well as handling complaint management.

• Participating in the on-call duty roster.

• Contributing to the development of company standards and guidelines.

• Enforcing legal and corporate regulations along with quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree from a technical university or university of applied sciences (Diploma/Master) or an equivalent qualification.

• An engineering background in gas, energy, or supply/utility engineering is preferred.

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Ideally, experience in the field or familiarity with DVGW regulations.

• Proficient in using standard MS Office applications.

• Ideally, experience with SAP and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong goal orientation and self-motivation.

• Ideally, possession of key-holder authorization.

• A valid driver’s license (class 3 or B).

• Proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
