Industrial Cybersecurity Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assess requirements derived from regulations, standards, and client needs, ensuring they are met through traceability.

• Assist in defining and aligning the foundational cybersecurity requirements engineering concept.

• Execute cybersecurity requirements engineering tasks, which include specifying, reviewing, analyzing, and tracing requirements.

• Collaborate with and provide training to various departments and developers.

• Lead the implementation of cybersecurity processes and activities throughout the organization.

• Aid in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

• Educate the organization on requirements engineering and cybersecurity processes.

• Tackle emerging issues and contribute to the development of effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a concentration in IT Security, or a comparable qualification with significant professional experience in OT or product security.

• Proven experience in conducting cybersecurity requirements engineering within OT or product security.

• Proficient in utilizing requirements engineering tools such as Polarion, MagicDraw, or DOORS.

• Background in defining, implementing, and training on cybersecurity processes within an enterprise setting.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and standards, including IEC 62443, CRA, NERC CIP, BDEW Whitepaper, and ISO27001.

• Capability to drive initiatives continuously and sustainably.

• Fluent in English.

• Understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, along with iterative planning and backlog management.
