This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Establish continuous research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with a projected deal size of USD 100 million or more, excluding closed-end funds and SPACs.

• Formulate a data-driven approach to evaluate and rank deals.

• Create pre-IPO company tearsheets.

• Execute pre-IPO fundamental research.

• Deliver pre-IPO valuation and pricing insights.

• Compile post-IPO trading summaries.

• Develop post-IPO lock-up expiry previews.

• Provide high-touch service for select institutional clients during the initial six months.

• Supply pre-deal pre-positioning, market intelligence/positioning/book color, management meeting inquiries, Excel models, and customized notes for pre-IPO/cornerstone stakes.

• Facilitate post-deal lock-up expiry trades.

• Ensure desk access via email/messaging and direct phone calls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients (5 years+).

• Proven experience and network within the US equity capital markets.

• Established ability to produce research writings.

• Senior analyst or analyst team capable of establishing ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with a projected deal size of USD 100 million or more, excluding closed-end funds and SPACs.
