Independent Talent Sourcer – Contract, Hourly

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and source candidates for early-stage AI startups ranging from seed to Series B funding.

• Engage in outreach efforts to motivate candidates to register with Builders via a referral link.

• Record details of candidates contacted, the outreach methods used, and their responses.

• Deliver sourced candidates to Builders for screening and introduction to companies.

• Assist throughout the hiring process until an offer is made.

• Monitor output hourly based on the number of individuals reached and qualified signups.

• Adhere to guidelines regarding outreach approvals, restricted companies, client companies, work authorization, and confidentiality.

• Previous experience in sourcing candidates for startups.

• Capability to deliver results from the first week.

• A personal network that can be leveraged or proficiency in AI-driven candidate search methods.

• Familiarity with the agency model and handling assigned briefs.

• Proven success in sourcing candidates that have led to hires.

• Ability to explain the process of finding a successful candidate from beginning to end.

• Legal eligibility to work in the candidate's place of residence.

• LinkedIn profile and resume are necessary for the application process.
