Independent IPO Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Establish continuous research coverage for all US IPOs and direct listings with a projected deal size of USD 100 million or more, excluding closed-end funds and SPACs.

• Create a data-informed methodology to evaluate and prioritize deals.

• Generate pre-IPO company tear sheets.

• Conduct fundamental research prior to IPOs.

• Offer insights on pre-IPO valuation and pricing.

• Compile trading summaries following the IPO.

• Prepare previews for post-IPO lock-up expirations.

• Within the initial six months, deliver a personalized service for select institutional clients.

• Supply pre-deal positioning, market intelligence, management meeting inquiries, Excel models, and customized notes for pre-IPO or cornerstone stakes under NDA.

• Facilitate post-deal lock-up expiry trades.

• Provide desk access through email, messaging, and direct phone calls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant research or investment experience serving institutional clients (5 years or more).

• Proven experience and connections within the US equity capital markets.

• Evident capability to produce research reports.
