Independent CDL Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Recruit CDL drivers for available driving positions nationwide.

• Identify candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and other recruiting strategies.

• Engage with drivers to assess their qualifications and hiring requirements.

• Align applicants with the most suitable opportunities.

• Maintain communication with drivers throughout the hiring journey.

• Create and sustain your own pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Establish your own recruiting enterprise as an independent contractor.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Well-organized with effective time management skills.

• Proficient in using computers, social media, and online recruiting platforms.

• Previous experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or the trucking industry is advantageous, though training will be provided.

• Access to a computer or laptop.

• Dependable high-speed internet connection.

• Telephone or smartphone.

• A dedicated workspace free from distractions.

• Responsible for sourcing your own candidates and any related advertising or marketing expenses you choose to undertake.
