This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Design, govern, and manage the organization's strategy for incident remediation on behalf of the superannuation trustee.
• Supervise incidents, breaches, and remediation efforts across the Fund and its service providers.
• Evaluate incident assessments, root cause analyses, remediation proposals, financial impact assessments, and preventive controls.
• Ensure that remediation activities align with Trustee expectations and comply with regulatory standards.
• Develop and sustain the Fund's remediation framework, policies, and standards.
• Offer subject matter expertise on complex and significant incidents.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely remediation results.
• Identify systemic challenges and enhance control measures.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership, Trustee committees, auditors, and regulators.
• Over 5 years of experience in superannuation incident remediation, incident management, risk, or compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of superannuation legislation and trustee responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
• Capable of interpreting data and financial calculations.
• Commitment to Future Group's mission and transitioning Australia's investments from fossil fuels to renewable energy.
• Enthusiasm for using financial resources to foster a sustainable and equitable world.
• A tertiary qualification in finance, business, actuarial studies, or law is preferable but not mandatory.
• Formal training in incident, breach, or remediation management is advantageous but not required.
• Experience within a Trustee Office is beneficial but not essential.
• Familiarity with APRA and ASIC regulatory guidance is a plus but not mandatory.
