Incident Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee incident management initiatives for FSA IAM systems

• Ensure rapid detection, response, and resolution of incidents to reduce disruption for FSA users, applications, and services

• Adhere to FSA's incident and problem management protocols for both production and non-production incidents

• Create or open FSA incident tickets for issues impacting systems or integrated applications

• Participate in incident calls and analyze logs

• Provide updates to FSA leadership during significant incidents

• Deliver comprehensive initial assessment summaries

• Inform affected teams once issues are resolved

• Conduct real-time technical analysis

• Review analytics to identify potential breaches

• Escalate COTS/GOTS issues to vendors

• Manage IAM-related incidents that require support from other systems

• Assist with incident management reporting for AIMS and PAS customers

• Engage in security incident management

• Offer incident and event analysis support

• Provide mandatory after-hours and peak period coverage as necessary

• Required Clearance: Public Trust

• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

• Required Experience: 3 years

• Strong expertise in IT incident and problem management processes

• Exceptional ability to maintain composure and lead effectively under pressure during major incidents

• Solid technical knowledge of identity and access management systems

• Clear verbal and written communication skills for updates and reports

• Ability to swiftly analyze logs, data, and system information

• Experience in coordinating with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders

• Strong organizational skills for tracking actions, timelines, and resolutions

• Familiarity with federal IT environments and compliance standards

• Availability and flexibility for after-hours and on-call support

• Proficiency with ticketing systems and collaboration tools
