Incentive Compensation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create regular reports and perform ad-hoc analyses for senior management, HR, and Finance teams.

• Develop and sustain detailed process documentation for the administration of incentive compensation.

• Document the complete processes from plan design through to payout distribution, including procedures, responsibilities, and timelines.

• Support the implementation of an Incentive Compensation Management tool.

• Keep up-to-date documentation for compensation regulations, internal policies, audit trails, compliance checks, and corrective measures.

• Engage with operational personnel.

• Assess and enhance the administration and calculation processes of incentive compensation.

• Record process enhancements and monitor their effects on efficiency and accuracy.

• Maintain clear and documented procedures for addressing issues and discrepancies.

• Document data sources, validation processes, and retention policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Typically requires over 2 years of related work experience.

• Proficient in advanced Excel, including modeling and complex formulas.

• Strong understanding of compensation principles, regulations, and calculation methodologies.

• Experience with Commission Calculation Software (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly) is preferred.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
