Inbound Sales Specialist – Part Time Seasonal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming leads from lead form submissions and inbound calls.

• Proactively reach out to current and former customers to encourage service utilization.

• Provide service estimates through calls, SMS, and email communication.

• Assist customers in navigating the online portal to schedule their moves.

• Offer additional services and upgrades to enhance customer experience.

• Generate referrals from satisfied customers.

• Act as a consultative advisor for customers looking for solutions related to student move-ins, move-outs, storage, and shipping.

• Collaborate with customers to connect them with the company's offerings as a part of the Customer Experience Team.

• Exceptional communication skills with a strong aptitude for sales.

• Excellent critical thinking abilities.

• Capability to manage rapid changes and demanding workloads.

• Strong presence on phone calls.

• High emotional intelligence to relate to both team members and clients.

• Proficient with technology, capable of quickly learning new software.

• Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, hospitality, or customer service.

• Availability for 15–25 hours per week on average, potentially increasing to 40 hours per week during the March–May peak season.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required during the busy season from March to September.
