This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Respond to customer inquiries utilizing the knowledge base and training provided.
• Promote and upsell suitable products and services.
• Actively listen to customers, comprehend their requirements, and resolve their concerns.
• Investigate systems for any missing information and collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Perform account-management duties using available systems and technology.
• Accurately document and process customer orders.
• Adhere to required scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Safeguard confidential and personal information.
• Refer customer issues to the appropriate staff and management when necessary.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions and review updated training materials.
• Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to work schedules.
• Engage with hundreds of customers weekly to provide a top-tier customer experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of typing at least 20 words per minute with accuracy.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system.
• Dependable with regular attendance and punctuality.
• Skills in evaluating, troubleshooting, and following up on customer issues.
• Proficient in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and self-discipline.
• Strong team-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Authorization to work in the country where the position is located is required.
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting.
• Willingness to participate in drug screening.
• Preferred but not mandatory: one year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support within a contact-center environment.
• Preferred but not required: experience in state or federal employment.
