This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with courtesy, promptness, and professionalism.
• Address customer inquiries utilizing the knowledge base and training provided.
• Promote and upsell suitable products and services.
• Listen to customers to identify their needs and resolve any issues effectively.
• Investigate systems for any missing information.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve issues.
• Utilize systems and technology for efficient account management tasks.
• Accurately document and process customer orders.
• Adhere to required scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Safeguard confidential and personal information.
• Elevate customer issues to the appropriate staff and management.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions and review new training materials.
• Stay updated on program knowledge, system changes, and process updates.
• Fulfill attendance and work schedule obligations.
• Engage with hundreds of customers weekly across the nation to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient typing skills of at least 20 words per minute with accuracy.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues effectively.
• Strong aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Customer-service-oriented mindset.
• Capability to multitask, maintain focus, and self-manage.
