This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Receive inbound calls from potential customers and promote additional products to current customers.
• Offer detailed information regarding client products and services.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Address customer inquiries and recommend suitable products and services by utilizing training and knowledge bases.
• Listen attentively to customers, comprehend their needs, and resolve any issues.
• Investigate systems for any missing information and collaborate with other departments as necessary.
• Execute account-management duties utilizing company systems and technology.
• Accurately document and process customer orders.
• Adhere to required scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Safeguard confidential and personal information.
• Refer issues to the appropriate staff and management as needed.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions, and review updated materials regularly.
• Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to work schedules.
• Engage with hundreds of customers weekly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to type at least 20 words per minute accurately.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system.
• Highly dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer concerns.
• Skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Proficient in multitasking, maintaining focus, and self-management.
• Strong team player with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the location of the job.
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background/security check that includes fingerprinting.
• Willingness to participate in drug screening.
• Preferred but not essential: one year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center setting.
• State or federal work experience is preferred.
