This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
• Manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions with courtesy, promptness, and professionalism.
• Address customer inquiries utilizing the knowledge base and training provided.
• Promote and upsell relevant products and services.
• Listen to customer feedback, understand their requirements, and resolve their concerns.
• Investigate systems for any missing information and collaborate with various departments.
• Execute account management tasks utilizing company systems and technology.
• Accurately document and process customer orders.
• Adhere to required scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Safeguard confidential and personal information.
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate staff and management.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions while reviewing updated training materials.
• Stay informed about current programs, systems, and process changes.
• Meet attendance and work schedule expectations.
• Engage with hundreds of customers weekly to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to type over 20 words per minute with accuracy.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Capability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Skill in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to multitask, maintain focus, and manage oneself effectively.
• Strong team orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation, including fingerprinting.
• Must be open to drug screening.
• A minimum of one year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support within a contact center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in State or Federal work is preferred but not required.
