This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Provide answers to customer inquiries utilizing the knowledge base and training provided.
• Promote and upsell relevant products and services to customers.
• Actively listen to customers to comprehend their needs and address any issues they may have.
• Investigate systems for any missing information as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to effectively resolve customer issues.
• Utilize systems and technology for managing customer accounts.
• Accurately document and process customer orders.
• Adhere to required scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Safeguard confidential and personal data.
• Elevate customer issues to the appropriate personnel and management.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions, and review new training materials regularly.
• Stay updated on current programs, system updates, and process changes.
• Fulfill attendance and work schedule requirements consistently.
• Engage with hundreds of customers weekly to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver a top-tier experience.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute.
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Basic familiarity with the Windows operating system.
• Demonstrated reliability in attendance and punctuality.
• Capability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer inquiries effectively.
• Skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask, maintain focus, and self-manage effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Must have authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
• Required to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting.
