This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with courtesy, timeliness, and professionalism.
• Respond to customer inquiries utilizing the knowledge base and provided training.
• Promote and upsell relevant products and services.
• Listen attentively to customers, comprehend their needs, and resolve any issues.
• Conduct research within systems to find missing information.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues.
• Execute account management tasks utilizing various systems and technologies.
• Accurately document and process customer orders.
• Adhere to established scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Safeguard confidential and personal information.
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate personnel and management.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions, reviewing new training materials.
• Stay updated on program knowledge, system functionalities, and process modifications.
• Comply with attendance and work schedule standards.
• Provide support to hundreds of customers weekly across the nation while delivering a premier customer experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to type over 20 words per minute with accuracy.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Capability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer concerns.
• Skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Customer-service oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask, maintain focus, and manage oneself effectively.

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security check, including fingerprinting.
• Willingness to participate in drug screening.
• Preferred but not required: at least one year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative roles within a contact center.
• Preferred but not required: experience in state or federal positions.
