This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Address customer inquiries utilizing the knowledge base and provided training.
• Promote and upsell relevant products and services.
• Listen attentively to customers, comprehend their needs, and resolve any issues.
• Investigate systems to locate missing information.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and solve issues.
• Execute account management responsibilities using company systems and technologies.
• Accurately document and process customer orders.
• Adhere to necessary scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Safeguard confidential and personal information.
• Escalate customer concerns to the relevant staff and management.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Review new training materials to remain updated on program knowledge, systems, and processes.
• Comply with attendance and work schedule requirements.
• Engage with hundreds of customers weekly to support satisfaction and deliver a premier customer experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to type at least 20 words per minute with accuracy.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system.
• Ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Skills in evaluating, troubleshooting, and following up on customer concerns.
• Proficiency in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Customer-service orientation, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, patience, and diligence.
• Capability to multitask, remain focused, and manage oneself effectively.
• Strong team-oriented approach and customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Must possess authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation, including fingerprinting.
• Willingness to participate in drug screening.
• Preferred but not mandatory: one year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center setting.
• Preferred: experience in state or federal work environments.
