📋 Description

• Support customers via phone in choosing automotive products.

• Promote products and suggest upsells and cross-sells to align with customer requirements.

• Engage in inbound phone sales without the need for outbound/cold calls or high-pressure tactics.

• Complete a comprehensive 8-week paid training program focused on automotive systems and components.

• Work remotely while assisting automotive enthusiasts.

• Adhere to designated training and hiring schedules, which may include overtime opportunities.
