Inbound Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assist DotActiv's inbound marketing initiatives through AI-enhanced content development and internal technical expertise.

• Implement content strategies by producing articles, case studies, emails, and lead magnets that are aligned with customer journeys.

• Utilize contemporary generative AI tools to draft, repurpose, and efficiently scale content.

• Conduct interviews with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather technical domain knowledge for marketing materials.

• Monitor key inbound performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and MQLs, utilizing CRM and marketing platforms.

• Enhance SEO strategies to ensure that content achieves effective rankings in search engines.

• Investigate industry benchmarks and independently learn best practices in SEO, copywriting, and AI prompting.

• Convert long-form content into short-form assets, social media posts, or infographics.

• Revise and optimize older, underperforming blog posts and landing pages to prolong asset lifecycles and improve conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in B2B content marketing or inbound marketing (experience in SaaS/Software is highly advantageous).

• Daily, proven proficiency in using AI tools for accelerating research, copywriting, and content ideation.

• Strong grasp of inbound marketing principles, lead generation funnels, and basic SEO concepts.

• Outstanding written English skills with a keen eye for editing and technical accuracy.

• A collaborative team player.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Self-driven and results-oriented.

• Preferred degrees in Marketing, Communications, or Business-related fields.
