Inbound Contacts Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming inquiries via telephone, digital platforms, or written correspondence

• Execute routine administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks

• Address customer issues, complaints, and inquiries while ensuring satisfaction

• Foster positive member interactions through active listening and effective communication

• Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to quality standards and established policies

• Assist in supporting the Pharmacy flexible work model

• Manage education and enrollment procedures

• Offer live chat assistance

• Provide support for inbound calls regarding medication refills, order statuses, and similar inquiries

• Conduct outbound calls for various support needs

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in KY, IN, CO, FL, OH, TX, AZ, TN, VA, OK, or NC

• Availability for a full-time shift of 40 hours per week is required

• Must be available Monday through Saturday, from 8am to 11pm EST, with a day off determined by business needs

• A high-speed DSL or cable modem is necessary for a home office; satellite and wireless internet are not permitted

• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for download and 10 Mbps for upload is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook

• A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information

• At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
