
Inbound Contact Centre Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Answer and manage incoming customer calls
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests
• Deliver clear and precise information regarding products and services
• Document all customer interactions in the system
• Adhere to company procedures and escalate issues when required
• Offer prompt and compassionate customer support
• Utilize a computer, telephone headset, and additional office equipment
• Maintain a sitting or standing position for extended periods while handling computer and telephone tasks
• Occasionally navigate the office environment, reach, lift or lower objects, and exert force up to 40 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• Prior experience in outbound sales or call center settings is preferred
• Outstanding verbal communication and active listening abilities
• Capability to work independently and effectively manage time
• Dependable internet connection and a quiet home office environment
• Completion of all screening questions and a brief pre-employment assessment is required
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation, including fingerprinting
• Agreement to participate in drug screening; this does not apply in Canada
