This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Oversee the performance of ecoATM kiosks within a designated area of retail partner locations.
β’ Conduct routine and on-demand visits to stores to ensure kiosks are properly placed, clean, and fully functional; maintain daily records of visits, identified issues, and resolutions.
β’ Optimize kiosk uptime by executing test transactions, performing preventative maintenance and technical repairs, replacing parts, troubleshooting problems, and alerting internal teams of deficiencies.
β’ Assess the effectiveness of kiosk placement and collaborate with store management to secure optimal positioning and address temporary challenges.
β’ Carry out kiosk installations, relocations, and removals at retail partner sites.
β’ Develop and sustain relationships with store and location management through training, awareness initiatives, and proactive problem-solving.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact at new locations, introducing ecoATM and highlighting the benefits of hosting kiosks.
β’ Communicate placement challenges, concerns, and suggestions to key account management and ISR leadership.
β’ Engage with and assist ecoATM customers directly at kiosks; report customer issues and queries to internal teams.
β’ Represent the voice of the customer by sharing insights about customer experiences with internal teams.
β’ Participate in customer engagement events.
β’ Plan and organize store visits using reporting tools and established protocols.
β’ Maintain awareness of site and driving safety and report any concerns to management.
β’ Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by leadership.
β’ Must reside in the Chicago, IL area.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer-facing sales or customer service is required.
β’ Practical experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
β’ Self-motivated and dependable, possessing strong communication, time management, and organizational skills; capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
β’ Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, store management, technical support, and company leadership.
β’ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
β’ Basic to intermediate knowledge of computers and consumer electronics, including familiarity with technical terminology and software systems.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
β’ Must own a smartphone.
β’ Valid driver's license (Real ID compliant), a clean 3-year driving record, and a properly insured, registered, and reliable personal vehicle are required.
β’ Must be able to accommodate up to 50 cubic feet (4ft Γ 4ft Γ 3ft) of company property and supplies in your vehicle and home.
β’ Must be capable of lifting parts and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
β’ Must pass criminal background and motor vehicle record checks; subject to ongoing MVR monitoring.
β’ Must sign and adhere to the Company Driver Safety and Reporting Policy.
β’ Typically requires 40 hours/week with limited overtime.
β’ Occasional evenings and weekends may be necessary for special projects or customer engagement events.
β’ Daily local travel by car to stores within your home market/region.
β’ Occasional overnight travel by car or plane (β€25%).
