In-House Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Execute a consistent set of prompts across two AI (LLM) platforms.

• Analyze and compare the outputs from both platforms side by side.

• Evaluate each response against a standardized assessment rubric.

• Provide concise written feedback for each evaluation.

• Review and benchmark the answers of AI systems concerning real questions of French law.

• Collaborate with top researchers on initiatives aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as in-house legal counsel practicing in France.

• Strong understanding of French law, particularly in commercial and contract matters.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Clear and precise written communication skills.

• Capacity to work independently according to a rubric and meet deadlines.

• Availability for an initial commitment of approximately 10 hours.

• Must operate under a confidentiality NDA.

• Engagement as an independent contractor is required.

• H1-B or STEM OPT candidates are not eligible for support.
