This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Deliver In-Home Health Evaluations directly within members’ residences.

• Interact with individuals to address and bridge gaps in their healthcare.

• Perform visits lasting approximately 45 minutes, which include reviewing medication and medical history, physical evaluations, and carrying out plan-ordered diagnostic tests.

• Utilize an iPad and follow clinical workflows for each assessment.

• Conduct virtual evaluations when necessary.

• Offer Signify Health services, encompassing diagnostic and preventive measures such as spirometry, diabetic eye examinations, and bone density assessments.

• Travel nationwide to connect individuals with suitable healthcare services.

• Establish trusted connections and enhance health outcomes.

• Travel both locally and across licensed states, with the possibility of overnight hotel accommodations, car rentals, and flights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) within the required coverage area(s).

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining multi-state licenses as necessary for coverage.

• MD or DO degree required.

• Ability to perform duties in homes that may include household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants comfortably and safely.

• Willingness and capability to travel locally and within licensed states, potentially up to 100% of the time.

• Competence to conduct virtual visits as required.

• Expected weekly working hours: 40.
