In-Home Traveler Physician, Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Conduct health evaluations in the homes of members.

• Travel extensively, potentially up to 100%, within a specified coverage area.

• Complete visits lasting approximately 45 minutes.

• Interact directly with members, addressing their health inquiries.

• Assess medications and review medical histories.

• Execute physical evaluations.

• Administer additional diagnostic tests as required, such as diabetic eye exams, spirometry, and bone density screenings.

• Utilize an iPad and follow clinical workflows for each assessment.

• Facilitate virtual visits as necessary.

• Deliver Signify Health services, encompassing Diagnostic & Preventive Services products.

• Maintain flexibility to travel within local and licensed states.

• Foster trusted relationships to help bridge care gaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted license in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Capable of obtaining and sustaining multi-state licenses in the coverage area as required.

• Must be able to safely perform duties in homes that may have pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants.

• Hold a Physician (MD or DO) qualification.

• Willingness to travel locally and within licensed states.

• Competent in conducting in-home evaluations and virtual visits.

• Able to work 40 hours per week.
