In-Home Traveler Physician, Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home health evaluations for members within their residences.

• Travel extensively, potentially up to 100% of your time, within a specified coverage area.

• Carry out visits that last approximately 45 minutes each.

• Interact directly with members and address their health-related inquiries.

• Review members' medications and medical histories.

• Execute physical assessments.

• Perform additional diagnostic tests as requested by the health plan, such as diabetic eye exams and spirometry.

• Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for every evaluation.

• Conduct virtual visits when necessary.

• Deliver Signify Health services, which include Diagnostic & Preventive Services products.

• Establish trustworthy relationships and enhance health outcomes.

• Refer members to health plans and promote the involvement of their loved ones when suitable.

• Ensure that primary care physicians are informed about members’ health status and quality of life.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold an active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Capable of acquiring and maintaining multi-state licenses in the coverage area, as necessary.

• Must be able to safely and comfortably perform duties in homes that may have household pets, secondhand smoke, and other possible airborne allergens or irritants.

• Willingness to travel locally and within licensed states.

• Competent in conducting both in-home evaluations and virtual visits as required.

• Physician qualification as either an MD or DO.
