This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct health evaluations in clients' homes, fostering meaningful interactions.

• Perform virtual consultations as necessary.

• Collaborate with Signify Health as a fellow clinician, meeting the responsibilities outlined for the role.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Preference for candidates with multi-state licenses.
