In-Home Physician, Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home health assessments by interacting with individuals in their residences.

• Perform reviews of medication and medical histories, along with physical evaluations.

• Utilize technology for assessments without prescribing medications or modifying treatment plans.

• Travel locally within the states where licensed, as required.

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Preference for multi-state licenses.
