In-Home Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes

• Interact with members individually and address health-related inquiries

• Assess medications and review medical histories

• Execute physical assessments

• Carry out additional diagnostic tests as prescribed by the health plan, such as diabetic eye examinations and spirometry

• Establish trustworthy relationships to enhance health outcomes

• Travel nationwide to connect individuals with suitable care

• Offer Signify Health Diagnostic & Preventive Services, which include spirometry, diabetic eye examinations, and bone density screenings

• Perform virtual visits as necessary

• Travel locally and within licensed states when required

• Primarily work within the private residences of health plan members

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s)

• Preference for multi-state licenses

• Must hold an MD or DO degree

• Willingness to travel locally and within licensed states as needed

• Capability to conduct virtual visits when required

• Ability to safely and comfortably perform tasks in homes that may have household pets, secondhand smoke, and airborne allergens or irritants

• Proficiency in using an iPad and clinical workflow for evaluations
