In-Home Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Conduct In-Home Health Assessments, interacting with individuals within their residences.

• Travel up to 100% within a specified coverage region.

• Perform virtual consultations as necessary.

• Deliver all Signify Health services as required, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in the designated coverage area(s).

• Board certification is mandatory.

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining multi-state licenses in the required coverage area.

• Must be able to cover all counties within the state and adapt to other business needs as necessary.
