In-Home Nurse Practitioner – Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct health evaluations for patients within their homes.

• Travel extensively, up to 100% of the time, across a designated coverage area.

• Perform virtual visits when necessary.

• Collaborate with Signify Health as a clinical colleague and meet outlined role responsibilities.

• Deliver all Signify Health services as required, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Hold board certification (mandatory).

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining multi-state licenses in the coverage area, as needed.

• Willingness to cover all counties within the state and adapt to other business needs.
