📋 Description

• Lead intricate, organization-wide projects and transformation initiatives that align with strategic business goals.

• Convert executive strategies and business objectives into actionable project plans, milestones, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.

• Establish governance frameworks for programs, decision-making processes, accountability structures, and escalation procedures.

• Oversee multiple workstreams and competing priorities while keeping a strong focus on essential business results.

• Propel projects from initial concept and business case development through to implementation, stabilization, and transition to business-as-usual operations.

• Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the agreed-upon scope, timelines, resources, and risk parameters.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project, program, or operations management, ideally within FX and Derivatives.

• Strong expertise in developing and executing project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, resource plans, and delivery timelines.

• Exceptional skills in executive communication and stakeholder management.

• Ability to articulate complex issues and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

• Experience in establishing project governance, operating models, reporting structures, and escalation processes.

• Strong grasp of risk management, issue resolution, controls, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven capability in managing open issues, action items, dependencies, risks, and executive-level escalations to resolution.

• Experience with change management, organizational readiness, implementation, and adoption.

• Strong documentation skills, which include executive presentations, status reports, project charters, requirements, procedures, and governance materials.
