Implementation/Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage project planning and client integrations for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

• Act as a representative of Rising in client discussions regarding new business ventures and modifications.

• Apply statistical methods and quantitative analysis to establish baseline metrics, pinpoint root causes, and minimize or eradicate internal and external failures.

• Actively seek out opportunities for improvement.

• Offer direction to clients and internal team members on best practices and efficient workflows for all parties involved.

• Exhibit the capability to quantify outcomes in terms of cost savings and their effect on key performance indicators.

• Create use cases, process flows, and training materials related to projects and client integrations.

• Assist in the development of, or create, test plans and training documentation pertinent to the project.

• Work collaboratively with resources to ensure that all system design specifications accurately reflect defined business processes and completely support all elements of functional business requirements.

• Supervise the Implementation Team while directly collaborating with senior leadership and other department heads.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a technical or management discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management.

• Possession of a Project Management Certification.

• Experience in the workers’ compensation insurance, medical bill review, or healthcare sectors is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with implementing client-server and web-based applications.

• Experience engaging with business users to clarify scope and create and manage effective cross-functional teams.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale custom software development projects.

• Strong knowledge of business process reengineering and requirements analysis.

• Previous leadership experience is beneficial.

• A practical understanding of database concepts and data modeling tools.

• Ability to clearly communicate technical information and facilitate collaborative meetings with representatives from internal departments and client organizations.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to navigate changing priorities and make prompt decisions.

• Willingness to travel (up to 10%).
