Implementation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Guide customers through the necessary steps to establish +Recovery and Delivery Operations via Teams calls, phone, or email.

• Finalize configuration and validation processes to ensure complete customer setup.

• Track progress towards completion and follow up as needed.

• Educate customers on accessing, navigating, and utilizing the +Recovery and Delivery products.

• Maintain effective tracking and reporting systems, including spreadsheets, Salesforce, or Cloud Coach.

• Ensure seamless transitions for Delivery Finance customers to the Product team.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues using SQL queries and other provided software.

• Offer insights on process improvements.

• Assist with special projects or additional customer setups in the PAR OPS I&D platform as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, or a comparable background.

• Preferred experience in supporting or implementing software products for external clients.

• Comfortable utilizing technical tools and troubleshooting techniques, including SQL queries.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the adaptability to modify strategies as necessary.

• A proactive self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Strong ownership and accountability in work responsibilities.

• Detail-oriented, with a dedication to delivering high-quality results.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
